RACI provides disease prevention and disease management solutions aimed at improving consumer health practices and care-seeking behavior. Over the years, RACI has evolved to become a leader in measuring and managing the productivity outcomes (absenteeism and on-the-job impairment) of those disease prevention and disease management initiatives.
John Riedel was a founder of the Institute for Health and Productivity Management and co-developer of the Academy for Health and Productivity Measurement. He has worked closely with the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, the Integrated Benefits Institute, and the National Business Coalition on Health to develop measurement resources and training programs.
